From its beginnings in 1070 to the present day, Windsor Castle has been linked throughout its history to the kings and queens of England. This talk will show you how it looks today, and how it has evolved through the centuries. As one of our current monarch’s official residences, the old ceremonies & traditions continue to this day. Sophie Jones, Guide Lecturer – Historic Royal Palaces, a member of 'The History Guides' her career is nothing if not diverse, ranging from devising historically themed birthday parties for children, to bringing a Victorian artist to life as part of a television documentary!
